Jill founded Level Line Productions after experiencing firsthand how a well-designed, video-based educational program can transform an industry.

That program was built for steel construction. Ironworkers were retiring, and younger workers were joining other trades where they could progress faster and earn sooner. The industry knew it needed to change if it wanted to hire, train, and keep good employees.
